Complementary Therapies -Your Health in Your Hands
There is growing recognition that complementary therapies can play an important role in our healthcare. Increasing numbers of people in the UK are using complementary - or alternative - medicine to try to alleviate particular illnesses or symptoms, or to improve their overall health and well-being. Many therapies are now used alongside conventional medicine and gaining growing recognition within the medical and health care establishment.

With the focus on individual treatments tailored to individual needs, and guiding principles of doing no harm, strengthening, nurturing and supporting mind, body and spirit there are many therapies to choose from - with no single therapy being 'the answer'.
Areas where you might feel you need some help and support are building confidence & self-esteem, stress & anxiety management, help with smoking cessation, weight loss, addiction, fears & phobias. Additionally, we are happy to work with individuals and groups to enhance sporting and artistic performance and accelerate learning.

It is difficult to know which therapy to choose for your particular needs. The most important thing is to take your time and find out as much as you can about the different therapies you think might be suitable. Click on the links above to find out more about individual therapies.
